Zoom! Teeth Whitening or Teeth Bleaching in Fairfax, VA

Dr. Hang Le uses the industry leading Zoom® whitening system which can improve the teeth color by multiple shades.

Daily routines such as coffee, tea, tobacco etc can stain your teeth and add years to your age. At My Fairfax Dental we use advanced teeth whitening techniques which can help brighten your smile and provide a more youthful appearance. This is done in office with Zoom® whitening system for immediate results after which a home whitening system can be used by the patient to maintain their new smile.

For all teeth whitening or teech bleaching procedures, it is important to evaluate your old fillings and crowns first, as teeth whitening only works best on natural tooth enamel. If needed we can perform Restorative Services after bleaching so we can closely match the newly bleached teeth.

Teeth whitening can last several years if the patient maintains it, after which an in office touch-up would be needed. If you smoke, drink coffee or wine regularly then a touch-up would be recommended even sooner.

Porcelain Veneers in Fairfax, Va

At My Fairfax Dental we use custom-made porcelain veneers to improve the teeth appearance by covering the visible front surface with a durable porcelain veneer.

Veneers are tooth-colored, and we custom match the shade of existing teeth to give a natural looking smile improvement.

Veneers can be used to overcome the following...

  • Repair a chipped tooth
  • Improve stains or tooth discoloration
  • Repair irregularly shaped teeth or spaces
  • Repair misaligned teeth
  • Repair small or large teeth

My Fairfax Dental Veneers

Veneers can be had in 2-3 dental visits. The first visit is usually a smile analysis consultation with Dr. Le to design your new smile.

Once your smile design is complete, an impression (mold) of your teeth is taken and sent to a lab where your custom-made Veneers will be created to match your teeth shape and color.

On your final visit your custom-made Veneers will be applied with little or no anesthesia, the tooth is prepared by lightly buffing and shaping the surface to allow the Veneers to fit perfectly with your other teeth. The Veneer is then placed on the tooth and secured permanently with specialized dental cement.
